    I'm married to a hot fireman, and we have three feral boys who are old enough to have chores but young enough to still need cuddles with Mom. We have a wonderfully messy life, and I'm excited to share (the less boring parts) with you!

    I left a 15 year career as a expert fitness coach/nutritionist & entrepreneur when Jesus put it on my heart to pour into my family as a SAHM & wife.
